Ordering Info

-All orders must be shipped to the billing address.  

-Once your order has been submitted it will be processed immediately.  Most orders will ship within 2 working days of receipt. 

-You may also order by phone Mon - Fri @ (408) 377-7878 10am-7pm PST.

-We do not sell wholesale or bulk orders.

-Requests for return authorization must be made within 7 days of delivery. Freight charges will be the responsibility of the customer, unless the product shipped is different from the product that you ordered or it is damaged while in transit.

We only charge actual shipping rates (i.e.. we only charge you what the shipper charges).  We mainly ship in the US & Canada  please email us for other shipping inquiries at info@thelondoner.com

All orders will be charged 8.25% sales tax.

All customer information is ALWAYS kept private.  We will NEVER sell your information or mailing lists.  Transactions on our web site are protected by secure server layer software.  This means your name, address and credit card number cannot be read, since it electronically encrypted. The safety and security of your order and personal information are very important to us and will always be our top priority.  If you wish you may also fax us (408.377.1883) your order information. 

We will be happy to supply you with professional hair, skin, & nail  products when you can't make it into your salon. By using our website, you are acting as our personal client and we as your personal stylist.

On March 9, 1998, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled in favor of haircare distributors and consumers: In a unanimous ruling, the US Supreme Court, 118 S.Ct.1125 (1998), found that once a lawful sale of a copyrighted item has occurred, the Copyright Act's prohibition against unauthorized distribution is inapplicable to a domestic or foreign distributor who decides to resell the item in venues other than those intended by the manufacturer of haircare or cosmetic goods. In the court's opinion: "Once the copyright owner places a copyrighted item in the stream of commerce by selling it, he has exhausted his statutory right to control its distribution."

We sell our retail products through a salon entity and we are licensed cosmetologists. We do not believe in diversion and will not sell wholesale, bulk, or in any way that we feel may put our products into the consumer mainstream circuit such as drug stores or supermarkets. Our products are to be used for the consumer only and not to be resold! We want you to order your products on the advice of your licensed cosmetologist.
