- Rates are per room, per night, subject to availability, inclusive of VAT.

- Cancellation Policy:
- Flexible: Cancellations must be made by 4pm local hotel time 24 hours before date of arrival. No-shows and cancellations after this time will incur a one-night cancellation fee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Pre-paid cancellation: This offer is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Please note same card that has been used for payment would need to be presented on arrival. If you're unable to present the same card, please contact reservations@thelondoner.com

- Complimentary early check-in is offered on request, subject to availability.
