Jubilee Summer Series

In collaboration with live music consultants Molto Music, The Londoner has curated a month of live shows featuring talented musicians from around the capital, performing the hits produced during Her Majesty's reign. Revel in the roaring 20s for the Queen’s birth year. Bop to the best of 50s at Joshua’s Tavern, or party the night away at our Queer Queens Cabaret.

Queer Queen’s Cabaret

Shimmy into the drama of The Green Room, for an unabashed celebration of the West End’s LGBTQIA+’s artists, drag artists, burlesque, and comedy. The intimate, bold soirée room sets the tone for a night of razzle-dazzle, with roaming performances and a touch of the provocative. The line-up includes big acts such as Norvina Michaels, Marmalade, Kitty Bang Bang, Jen Ives, Don One, as well as Bones, the matriarch of the 'Heavenly Bodies' and the Mother of the Family Strix.

When: 2nd June 2022.  7:30pm to 11:30pm.
Where: The Green Room.
Price: From £45

Best of the 50s

Joshua’s Tavern returns to the 50s with live music, doo-wop, swing, blues and rock ‘n’ roll, to celebrate the iconic decade of the Queen’s coronation. Think Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, Sam Cooke, and many more.

Where: Joshua's Tavern.

The Roaring 20s

In 1926, Queen Elizabeth II entered the world as Al Jolson was riding high with the 1926 hit ‘I’m Sitting on Top of The World’. It was the birth decade of jazz, the golden era for excess, the peak of Art Deco. To commemorate, The Stage is journeying back to a bygone era with live jazz, blues, swing and ragtime performances. Flapper fashion is highly encouraged!

When: 21st May 2022.  8pm to 11.45pm
Where: The Stage
