Strengthen and sculpt your glutes and core in this high-intensity class with Coach Omar. Combining controlled Pilates with dynamic moves, this session builds strength, stability, and definition.

This month, Glutes & Core classes take place on Saturday & Sunday's from 11am - 12pm.
