Bill of Fare

Served from 4pm until 10pm, our Bill of Fare offers tavern tid-bits and selections to whet one’s appetite, including traditional cheese-filled biscuits, prosciutto and pecorino truffle popcorn, Philly cheesesteak bites, and more.

Heated Terrace

Savour brighter days and longer nights at our heated terrace on Leicester Square – a relaxing space to socialise over drinks and light bites this spring and summer.

Sir Joshua Reynolds

“What has pleased and continues to please, is likely to please again”. So said Sir Joshua Reynolds, 18th century portrait artist and Leicester Square local. When visiting our tavern, look out for tributes to his artistry and fondness for liquid luncheons, such as a hand painted mural and a dining receipt from 1788 at Somerset House.

Knight’s Garden

After his knighthood in 1769, we imagine Sir Joshua Reynolds strolling through the beautiful Buckingham Palace gardens, feeling inspired by the colourful display of English botanicals, berries and plants. The Knight's Garden gintonica includes Boatyard gin, Sacred English vermouth, dandelion & burdock bitters, Fever-Tree Rhubarb & Raspberry tonic, poached rhubarb & gin gel.

Best of the 50s

Joshua’s Tavern returns to the 50s with live music, doo-wop, swing, blues and rock ‘n’ roll, to celebrate the iconic decade of the Queen’s coronation. Think Elvis Presley, Jerry Lee Lewis, Johnny Cash, Sam Cooke, and many more.

When: 19th May 2022. 6:30 - 9:30pm
