Cancellation Policy:
King Room, Deluxe King & City View, Junior Suite, Corner Suite & Capital Suite:
- Flexible: Cancellations must be made by 4pm local hotel time 24 hours before date of arrival. No-shows and cancellations after this time will incur a one-night cancellation fee. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- Signature and Tower Penthouse:
Pre-paid cancellation: This offer is non-cancellable and non-refundable. Payment is taken at the time of booking. Please note same card that has been used for payment would need to be presented on arrival. If you're unable to present the same card, please contact reservations@thelondoner.com
- Check-in is from 3pm, check-out is by 12pm.
- Complimentary early check-in and check-out is available, subject to availability.
